DAY 11: HIGHWAY 1
We woke up at 5:45 today at Lake Cachuma, then loaded up the bus and headed to Ragged Point to stop, take pictures, take a break, and enjoy the view. As we continued with a long drive down the beautiful Highway 1, we engulfed the scenery of the ocean and looked for seals. Midday, we visited the TWB rock to enjoy a moment with everyone. We began with a sing-along featuring Grant's guitar, and then began taking turns sharing stories and gratitude for our newfound friends. The moment took an emotional and vulnerable turn, but ended up being super sweet and gave many people lots of comfort.

After spending around two hours taking in the view, we departed onward toward Monterey. We arrived at Monterey around 3pm and were able to have some free time around the town, where everyone was able to grab some chocolate from the Ghirardelli store and snag some souvenirs. We continued on our day's journey toward San Francisco at 4:30pm and arrived around 7:45pm, ready to put together our beddings and settle down for a good night's rest.
